Donations to the Sarat Chandra Kagti Charitable Trust (SCKC Trust) are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of Indian Income Tax Act, 1961
Donations to the Sarat Chandra Kagti Charitable Trust will not be added/included to the Corpus Fund and shall always be incorporated in the Non-Corpus Fund of the Trust.
